Peak for Instagram is usually on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu around 11:00, 13:00, 18:00, 19:00.
Drop in the final export you plan to upload to Meta. This is just a local note for now; the real integration would push to Meta Business Suite.
This flow assumes a future OAuth connection to Meta Business Suite so these calendar posts can be turned into scheduled posts automatically.
